Life As We Know It: A Fun Weekend with the Crew!

This past weekend Brad & I invited our "Raleigh" Crew down to the lake for some refreshing festivities. Considering it was kind of late notice, we had a great turnout. We spent all day Saturday on the lake wakeboarding, surfing and lounging in the water. We headed in and all the girls got showers, ready & dressed in an hour. That's amazing considering it takes me an hour alone to get ready normally. We had 12 people total and only 3 bathrooms to get ready in! We then jumped on the pontoon and headed across the lake to the Boat & Ski Club for dinner. You are supposed to be a member to get in, but Brad's parents didn't renew their membership this year. We managed to time our entry just right and walked in with some other members and played it off :) Afterwards we cruised back to the house and hung out on the deck for a while. It was so great catching up with everyone. A few people had to head out Saturday night and Sunday am, but we headed out on the lake for another wonderful, sun filled day on the lake with the remaining crew on Sunday. We did some more water sports and headed to Tamarac Marina for a juicy cheeseburger for lunch. It was soooo yummy!

It was a wonderful weekend and we really enjoyed seeing everyone. Brad's mom made the executive decision that we need to make this an annual event! Thanks to everyone that came and hopefully you will be able to come next year if you couldn't make it this year. Here are a few pictures from the weekend...
